XA Industries is a two-person 3D printing studio in Spring, Texas. We design and print articulated dragons, fidget toys, tap-to-pay wands, keychains, and one-off custom commissions — each one made to order, by hand, in our own shop.
Where this came from
We founded XA Industries in 2026 as two creatives who were already making things for a living. 3D printing turned out to be another way to build the thing we always chased: objects that make people react. A dragon that walks across a desk. A wand that pays for your coffee. Small pieces of theater you can hold.
What began as a curiosity became a business faster than we expected. These days our printers run around the clock.
How we make things
Everything ships made to order rather than pulled off a shelf. That means a little more wait, and a lot more choice: you pick your colors, and we print your piece specifically for you.
- Printed in-house. Every order runs on our own machines in Spring, TX — nothing outsourced, nothing drop-shipped.
- Made to order. Your color combination is printed for your order specifically.
- Print-in-place engineering. Our articulated pieces come out of the printer already moving. No assembly, no glue, no joints to snap.
- Finished by hand. Each piece is checked and cleaned up before it goes in the box.
Custom work
We take commissions. Props, cosplay pieces, replacement parts, gifts, display models, prototypes — if you can describe it or send us a file, we'll tell you honestly whether we can print it and what it will cost.
Custom projects start with a $50 deposit that goes toward your final total. From there we talk through materials, size, color, and timeline before anything goes on the printer.
Find us in person
We don't run a storefront. We sell online and bring a booth to vendor shows, pop-up events, markets, and conventions around the Houston area. It's the best way to actually handle a dragon before you buy one — and we usually have colors on the table that aren't listed online.
