What are your pieces made of?
Everything is 3D printed to order in durable PLA, by hand, at our shop in Spring, Texas. Because each piece is made specifically for your order rather than pulled from a shelf, small variations in color blending and layer texture are normal and expected — that's part of what makes it handmade.
How long does an order take?
Every item is printed after you order it, so please allow time for production before it ships, separate from carrier transit time. If our print queue is running long — busy seasons especially — we'll email you rather than leave you guessing. Custom commissions are quoted individually before any deposit is collected.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Spring, Texas and currently ship within the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is made to order in the colors you choose, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong color chosen, or sizing preference once an order is in production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's always covered — contact us at support@xaindustries.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice. How do custom commissions work?
Send us a description, sketch, or reference photos of what you're imagining, along with size, colors, and any deadline. We'll tell you honestly what's possible and what it will cost. A $50 deposit holds your spot in the queue and applies directly to your final total — you approve the full price before we print anything. Are these safe for kids?
No — our pieces are adult collectibles and desk fidgets, not children's toys. They contain small parts and moving printed joints and are intended for ages 14 and up.
Do you sell in person?
Yes — we don't have a storefront, but we set up at vendor shows, pop-ups, and conventions around the Houston area, where you can often find colors that never make it online.
